I don't know what to thinking? I believed he is intested in me.
I don't have the same feeling for him. I liked his company when he talk to me about life situation. He asked me if I wanted his number. I took his number but I am thinking if I should call him or not. I don't wanted to lead him on. I feel the need to talk to someone just to talk. This is space I am trying to fill. He is ok guy but I still have my doubt. I have trust issues with people in general.

Well, I think you should tell him how you feel so that there won't be any confusion. If you're having trust issues, then I think it's best to leave things at a plutonic level.

If you call him he will think you are interested in him. Regardless of what you say, your actions will say "I like you and want to know more about you"
Please don't lead him on. Find someone else to talk to whom you won't hurt.
(Now you can come right out and explain EXACTLY how you feel and see if he still wants to talk.)

Ditto to John O... he's interested, you are not. You need to let him know up front right now how you feel. Otherwise, you are leading him on and making him think there is a possibility for more in this relationship.
