Feeling overwhelmed...so many of my prayers are coming true at once and I don't know how to handle
all of the changes going on in my life. I'm stressed to the max being in the middle of mid-terms,
college is so much harder than I expected, I need you guys prayers to keep my sanity! My real
prayer request though is I just found out my bff is suffering with being anorexic again, and I
don't know what to say to help her, so please, pray with me for her if you will.

First a praise. Praise God that in these hard economic times we live in that I have a job and one that pays very well.
That being said my #1 prayer request is that if its in accordance with His will that the Lord will open the necessary doors so that I can follow my passion and start my own non profit ministry to benefit underprivileged children.

Yesterday, I talked to a colleague in another agency who is trying to write a grant to do the same thing, only with an underserved population. I'll keep you both in my prayers.

Please keep my co-workers and myself in prayer this week. We are having our flooring replaced. In one room alone, there were three levels of flooring - tile, wood, and laminate. He pulled it all up, and under the laminate was a LOT of mold -- I was getting sick after being in there just 30 minutes yesterday. He tried putting a plastic cover over the doorway, but it's not helping. One of my co-workers has a lot of health problems including asthma, and the other co-worker is allergic to mold, as am I. I don't know what we're going to do... he may not be back this week to finish the job. I'm not worried about myself since I'm the youngest... I'm worried most about the other two ladies because they'll suffer through it.

Praying for all requests spoken and unspoken.
Please pray for my financial/job situation. I really LOVE my job, but the stress of keeping up with bills is becoming unbearable. I am praying that God either shows the church I can't stay there at the current rate of pay and they give me a raise or that He opens doors for another wonderful opportunity. I REALLY don't want to leave this job.

Please pray for my own finances, too. Buying a car, having a wedding, and getting the living room floor fixed has depleted my savings by a LOT this year. I don't know what God has planned...but looking at my dwindling resources is very scary--if I'm VERY careful I have maybe a year left. I need God to teach me how to think about this.
There is another matter for which I need prayer: over the next several months I will need mental discipline in a certain area. There's no other answer, and I desire to think in a Godly way. Please pray that I will do this.
Praying for all other requests.

.....my family needs a LOT of prayer - things are truly falling apart now, and they are only going to get worse, and I feel like I'm on the verge of a nervous breakdown.......

Lord....it seems so many of us here at CW need you desperatley right now. wrap Your arms around us....protect us and comfort us. show us where You want us to go...and show us how we can glorify You best thru these hardships and times of confusion.
we praise You, Lord, for the friends we have here...friends we can share with, and pray with...friends we can count on because of our shared trust in You. we praise You in advance, Lord, for the wonderful things You are going to bring into our lives...and for the blessing we will be to one another.

Thank you everyone - I could really tell I was being uplifted today - I was {} this close to having a nervous breakdown this morning - truly. It's only by the grace of God that I made it through the day without breaking down uncontrollably. I've put in a request for counseling at church (actually gave it to my pastor - who I've known since 86). It's nice to know that they all are praying too.
I've got a LONG and HARD road ahead of me in dealing with my family. This is just the start. I guarantee you will see many more requests in the coming days and months.
Thank you for bearing with me throughout this ordeal.

Well, I'm very glad to see my internet is still up and running so that I can put out a request for prayer. Well....things aren't going all that smooth right now with this move. The guys at work were going to help me on Monday. But I was told by someone they would have several here to help me tomorrow to get all done and they would get it all so the guys at work wouldn't need to help. So as I left work today I assured them it was covered so if they needed to schedule anything else on Monday to go ahead. Well....I just found out a few minutes ago that the guys for tomorrow fell through! It's been a long exhausting week and I'm not handling this very well right now. I know God will provide and I need to trust Him but I'm feeling very discouraged and overwhelmed right now.
I appreciate all the prayers.
