He chooses to preach a more leveled and positive reflextion of the bible. He will reach alot more people than he already has.

Joel Osteen would have to, first, start preaching the Gospel and Jesus of Scripture... before we can want him to be practical and positive.

Above his pay grade? Sounds like an Obama'ism to me...

How can a pastor of such a large church, with such a large reach not know or be able to say that Jesus is the only name given to man for salvation.

Same way a pastor of such a large church, with such a large reach, can think so lowly of Jesus that he tells naive followers that Jesus did not atone for our sins on the cross, but rather had to descend to hell, fight the devil in some mythical battle, and then become the first born again man
