No naps for me? Now why did I think that you were in New York Popsi? Thats right, you did mention otherwise before. So are you near a big city or in the boonies instead?

it is neither a big city or in the boonies. I kind of like it that way. Back home in NY I lived in the boonies...45 minutes to any major civilization...I.E. Walmart haha

YES YES YES. I hope it blows me away. Serious I always enjoy when they say they are calling for hurricanes and tornadoes. I never lived in a place where they had the possibility of hurricanes before. I am enjoying myself.

Jesus has been coming like the rain! :) Yay!

How about you and the storms?

I stay in when we have a hurricane. The last one to hit here was hurricane Bob back in 1991. We only get cat. 1's here, although they say that we could easily get one that is much higher and cause a lot of devestation!

In the Summer, we are much more likely to get severe thunderstorms. In the winter, blizzards instead. Those can be fun when it is initially happening. However when you still have to go to work in them and maybe even shovel snow, it loses its lustre very quickly though.

OOOOOOOO no you made me want a BLIZZARD! I love the snow, but we won't have any this year. UNLESS I go home. Otherwise this will be my first winter w/out snow. *sad face

I understand the not wanting to shovel thing. That could be a huge pain!! My Dad usually shoveled when I was younger. I only did a few times.

Apart from all of that. Do you enjoy the snow?

Sometimes I enjoy it, however it is also wet and gets your clothes all soaked too! Then there's when it turns to ice also!

Do you have any brothers and sisters Popsi?

One younger brother, a half brother, and 2 half sister. With the exception of my full brother, I do not see them or know them at all.

Where are you in your family, are you the oldest, youngest?

Bummer Popsi! I am the first of the first, so that comes with all the trappings that a first born has. I got to be the child that the parents make all the mistakes on, lol!

I do not think that I was, however it is hard to measure though. I just remember saying a lot "you're letting my brother do that? You didn't allow me to when I was that age!"

And on that note I am gonna sign off for a bit. I like to discipline myself with forums so that I am not on all the time. I will be back later though, I promise! Hope to talk to you Popsi again real soon!

Hi Popsi! We need to get Abiyah back posting over here again! You should ask her about the shoe story.

Hi Sara, did you have breakfast yet? I had Bacon and eggs with toast and homefries. It is what I usually get on the weekends!

I think that it might be more fun hearing her tell it, or I can try finding it in the archives instead.

Hi Deb, ok I will have to be on the lookout, although I am planning on heading out later on, but we'll see how the weather goes. I guess I will need my umbrella.

Well, I can wait and ask her if it is more fun that she tell it. I can only imagine.

OOO rain! Hanna. Hurricane. I thought she changed to a tropical storm?
