Who knows? He may be "right"!
Well, considering Obama won by promising to cut taxes, increase troops in Afganistan, oppose gay marriage, and protect the 2nd amendment rights, however deceptive he might have been in those claims, he made the motions of running as a centrist to those who were gullible enough to believe him.
And so far he certainly hasn't been picking lefty cabinet members, but old Clintonites, with the exception of Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner, who is certainly conservative economicallly, and will probably advise against the aggressive spending packages and tax increases Obama had proposed in his campaign.

Begrudgingly agreeing that so far Obama has shown a centralist leaning......
while calling anyone including moderates who (voted and) believed he would, to be decieved & gullible!

Tom Daschle, Rham Emanuel... it seems like he's hiring on experienced operatives in preparation for something big. As such, I'm not sure what you're talking about.

If Obama is a Clinton centrist, then I will be disappointed. It won't bring the change in our nation that it needs.
It will be more of Bush and Clinton.
