Just a little P.S. to this thread.
Keep in mind that every year Fritz takes nominations for the best post (or is it quote? Argh!) and the best thread of the year. So if you find a gem of a post or thread, be sure to note it so you can nominate it come January!

Tricia, I already have several posts, forum-wide, bookmarked for Quote of the Year for 2008. 
And also, there is the weekly Room and Board nomination for Quote of the Week.
"Room and Board" is the community's weekly newsletter.
If you want to nominate someone for Quote of the week, send an email to Fritz at community@salemwebnetwork.com
Include the quote, the poster's name, the name of the thread; and for good measure - a link to the specific post where the quote can be found is always nice.

It's fun!

Y'all got that right! I've been married to Deermousie for 20 years, and the advice she gives really is excellent. Wish I had followed it better!
She's a woman of integrity - her word is good, and she takes Scripture seriously. The most wonderful thing she does is to quote the relevant verses from Scripture rather than base her comments on how she 'feels'. You are all very blessed to have her posting here (as am I, being married to her).
