Okay, so I was wondering when you guys had you first boyfriend! I'm nineteen and still haven't ever had a steady boyfriend,(by my own choosing) but I can still remember my first "Boyfriend" in Junior High! (You know the whole see that boy over there that I never talk to, he's my boyfriend! type thing!)

I was 15 and I should have waited until I met my hubby a couple of years later. The first guy was a jerk and learned some lessons, but waiting another two years to have a boyfriend paid off.

I refused to date until I was out of school. I didn't want to have a meaningless relationship so all my guy friends just stayed as friends by my choosing. A few asked me out and I said no way! I started dating when I was 19 and got married when I was 20. I married the first man I dated. I am glad it worked out that way because I really did not want to date and date and date with nothing good coming out of it. I prayed that I would know when I found my husband and well... I knew! [:D] We've been married for 5 years and I love how we got married at a young age. [:)] It's a lot of fun growing up together like this. [:)]

My first was in 5th grade. We broke up when he moved away. I think these are not good questions for me, because I was very young when I did a lot of things. Oh to do my life over!

I was 15, sophomore year of high school. I think I can remember every guy I dated, and I think there were 8 of them, and I was married when I was 17 to #8. I should have skipped most of them. I wouldn't regret not having dated them. There were two guys I did not date that I regret, though. One because he is really a wonderful guy and my behavior with the guys I did date is a large part of why he wouldn't date me, and the other because I was so starry-eyed by guy #1 that he decided not to ask me out (they were best friends), and I didn't find out until later, and he was a real sweetie and would have been a nice boyfriend, and I did like him.

Ive had the little boyfriends since 2nd grade. When I first told someone I loved them and thought I really meant it, it was in 6th grade. When I was 16 I was engaged to my then boyfriend who was 18 and in the Navy. I am so happy I didnt marry him. Ive actually had a couple boyfriends up until my now fiance. Some cases I wish I didnt meet certain people. Other than that it was a learning experience.

I would have a really good guy friend that seemed like a brother and then they would ruin it by wanting to date me. They would start acting all weird around me. [8\|] Some young guys just don't understand that girls can be nice to them without wanting to date them. [8D]

My first real boyfriend was in high school. I was 16. It didn't last long, we didn't go to the same school and neither of us drove so we didn't see each other much. At the time, that wasn't worth the trouble for me. I started dating in university. There was only one guy I would have considered seriously dating, but things were really complicated at the time (we'll just say he wasn't living up to his potential[;)]). But then I met my husband when I was 21. I honestly consider him my first true relationship. Funny thing was about a year into our relationship, the other guy came back (actually we went to the same school so he didn't really go anywhere) and showed that he had changed. I can't tell you how happy I am that he wasn't in a good place when we met, because if we started a relationship I probably would have missed my chance with my husband. I love the way things work out!

23 Didn't really mean to start dating him either. It just kind of drifted into it and we're married now. [:D] I didn't get tons of requests but I did say no several times before meeting my husband. At that point I figured I'd never marry. I was probably one of the more content single women I knew; quiet, serious, bookworm. I figured it would take men a few decades to even 'get' me.

I can't vote...there isn't an option for "adult but not in college" I was 20 when I was asked out for the first time...6 months later we were married and 6 months after that I was pregnant...that was ten years and five kids ago.[:D]

My first real boyfriend that I actually loved and he loved me? I was 20. He was a beautiful man. I got nervous about getting serious (thinking marriage) and broke up with him. I know he got married 2 or 3 years after that and they are happy with their family. I'm really glad for him -- he was a great catch, I just wasn't ready for him. Now my husband on the other hand -- now THERE is the Ultimate Catch for me -- [sm=heart.gif] -- I caught him and did not let go! (I was 32.) Cute question. I voted 'in college' though it was in between high school and college. Hubby and I had our first date (with each other, or with anyone) when I was 18 and he was 16. In 843 more days I'll have been with hubby longer than I was without him. I look so forward to that day.

I've had many many crushes, and been on a total of about 6 or 7 dates in my life...and I was kind of chumming with a co worker for a while..and he did seriously like me...and I did kinda like him...but he had some hygiene problems, and I realized he was slightly mentally disabled(I'm not being sarcastic....), but I've never had a boyfriend.... although I came close to getting married once....I know that sounds crazy....but it was a long distance off and on relationship, that was heading in that direction, but we were never boyfriend and girlfriend....strange....I know..... sigh....writing this just made me realize I've spent more one on one time with my personal trainer than I have with any other male..(yes, he's taken, and he's not a christian anyway..don't even go there) Oh yeah, I forgot, I once had an abusive jerk of a boyfriend, for thankfully, only two weeks. No, he didn't hit me or anything, but he was abusive....he also turned out to be a five timer...he had also told me he was a christian, but he really wasn't...and he spread some nasty, untrue rumors about me, things that to even tell would violate tos.

By the way I voted college because that was the right time frame. I did go to college, but just night classes for a while and when I started dating Lorne I was finished with that since I started going when I was 17.

I was 17 and it was Oct/Nov of our senior year in college. We've been married for almost 8 years now [:)] My mom always told me not to date anyone I couldn't imagine marrying because it wasn't worth the risk of falling in love with someone you weren't willing to spend the rest of your life with. I never thought I would date in high school, but I guess I found the right guy earlier than expected. We'd already known each other for over 7 years when we started dating [:)]

I was 14. Let's just say we were HIGHLY supervised. [:D] My dad was so worried that the onslaught of boyfriends and boy troubles was just kicking into high gear. Boy, was he ever wrong. I didn't have another boyfriend until I met my husband when I was 32. If I'd known at 14 that my next love interest wouldn't happen for more than my entire lifetime over again, I'd probably have jumped off a cliff. Good thing I didn't know. [:D]

The only 'boy' I ever dated was/is my husband and I was 22 when we went out on our first official date. We had been psuedo-dating for some time. He's also the only guy I've ever kissed. And you know what? I'm proud of that.
