I'm trying to update my photo / avatar and used Shrink Pictures to get it down to under 40 pixels. It still says file too large.

What is the maximum pixel count allowed? My photo was down to 40 X 40.

Here is my original. It's half the KB allowed and within the dimensions.... I don't get it!

Avatars are to be 145x145 and less than 10k

diane...if you will email the larger (original) size pic I will resize it for you.....just email it to goofys_on_the_move@yahoo.com (and say in the title that it's you, otherwise I don't open stuff)

Kath, I've got it down WAY smaller and it wouldn't be accepted. I got to 40 X 40 and 5 K. File too large.

That is so weird. One time I fixed one for someone and they still could not upload it.

YIKES! The profile picture of me squeezed really long and tall! I look GOOD. LOLOL

Still won't work! Sarah tried with two photos!

Thanks for the help! Now I'm set for a few years.
I really DO have all my front teeth. LOLOL It looks like one is missing!

I noticed it in the big picture too. I can see if I can fix it when I have time.
