Two quotes, from the same person, from the same post:

I know it was inspiring and history-making...but only because of his race. Thats the ONLY reason.

quote:

What does being President have to do with race? Tell me that....
If an intelligent person follows this race at all - they will know it should have to do with issues. NOT race.

Which goes to show you, when somebody says it's not about race, it's about race.

Um saved I think you are mixed up. One was talking about race as in skin color, culture; the other was talking about the presidential race.

McCain is McSame as Bush. He's voted with Bush 90% of the time. That's a 10% chance of change. Good luck.

That is so assinine, every republican votes with Bush.

What if Bush wants better protection for soldiers in Iraq or Afghanistan, and McCain votes with him and Obama votes against it......So McCain is still bad?

It may be history-making because of his race. But it wasn't inspiring because of his race. It was inspiring because of the things he said.

He didnt say anything that he hadnt said a million times before. STILL not stating what his so-called plan for change is.

quote:

You heard "them" say Obama's open to changing his policy on off shore oil drilling. You haven't heard Obama say that. Obama's never said that. If he has I'll have to request a source.

Yes Obama did say that. lol
They didnt just get up one day and decide to make that up.

Want a source? Here ya go.

http://www.usnews.com/articles/news/campaign-2008/2008/08/04/obama-shows-new-openness-to-offshore-oil-drilling.html

Hes open to anything as long as it keeps his foot in the door. But sooner or later its gonna get slammed.

quote:

You wish he'd stop because he's right and it's working. McCain is McSame as Bush. He's voted with Bush 90% of the time. That's a 10% chance of change. Good luck.

Its not working. lol
You just want to believe its working. I suppose its easy for you to say that though since you arent in this Country - just watching on the news. You dont get half the newspaper articles on how things are going in the states that matter. The states that vote in this election.

Do you really thing electing B. Hussein Obama will bring world peace, higher education for everyone, 100% jobs or free income for those not working, fifty cent gasoline (woops that a rapper isn't it).

Come now RC, you know that it's not gonna be good untill Jesus comes, right?

This election could be the start to the end!
