If the concern is so much for his health and dying in office, he probably shouldn't have run.

We are electing the president not voting for a what if situation.

We can what if all day long. If he's topo old and can't handle the office because of his health he needs to back out and let Palin run for president.

I for one don't think he's too old. I've just heard the comment made here alot lately. And if Obama were elected who's to say that he couldn't die of a sudden heart attack or get cancer and die in office? Maybe he shouldn't run for office then. Hey, no one should run for office...we're all gonna die sometime aren't we? And some of us not necessarily when we're 71 years old.

btw, no one has said McCain is in bad health.

And we should think of the "what if" situations, it's the smart thing to do.

Sorry, your argument doesn't hold water.

Exactly. But the people aren't focusing on Biden in a what if scenario.

I just think that people's faith is more in the VP than in McCain and I don't think a decision based on the running mate is the wisest choice.

I'm not for either candidate, they both have problems in my opinion.

Now that's a sad statement! So where are you going to find a candidate, let alone anyone that doesn't have problems?

It's not sad, I just haven't been convinced of either candidate yet. I'm just very sorry that Ron Paul isn't a candidate. Then I wouldn't have any concerns at all.

Sad as it may be it's a truthful statement... The real question is there ever a point where either candidate isn't worthy of a Christian's vote?

Well, at least it now it sounds like you will be voting since you said, "yet". That's good.

So, you think Ron Paul doesn't have problems since Obama and McCain do? Good Golly Miss Molly!!

That is a good question! I would have to say that in order for me to have a say in any election then I need to vote and pray for both candidates. Personally I've never not had a clear cut answer from the Holy Spirit on who to vote for in any national election in my lifetime.

And John...your avatar really scars me Really....those eyes look evil.

As opposed to what? What clear cut answers from the Holy Spirit have you gotten?

It's working...

Right, IMO of course.

That's not anything I would be proud of.

Right, IMO of course.

So that means there is no real point in considering God at all when one votes, correct?

On who to vote for

I figured I wouldn't get a straight answer...

On the contrary my friend. God knows who will make a better Prez than I do. Even God had some appointed and annointed leaders in biblical times that were sinners.

So, in order to make my best judgement I have to consult Him. It's no different than any other decision I make. I don't make it without Him.
