I'm not sure how to tell what it's associated with without shutting down programs or services one at a time and, hopefully, without locking up the system.

CoachSteve -> RE: Programs that the service host is running (8/22/2008 2:28:34 PM) do a google search for process explorer. It is by MS and is a good little add in. you can either run it seperately or have it replace task manager. I don't recommnend replacing task manager.
