I believe we need nonsense threads. There is a good place in the master plan for silliness.

Exactly Momma! Were we can spew meaningless facts to Abiyah like...

The first print ad for Johnnie Walker appeared in 1883?
The original game of monopoly was circular?
The Chevrolet Cavalier, Honda Civic and Honda Accord where the top 3 selling cars in Canada in 1991?
681 cars were imported from the UK to Canada in 1939?
Gasoline in US cost about $.33 per gallon in 1967?

Oh, no. I am in treouble. I have heard of Johnny Walker, but I don't even know who he is. Guess I'd better do some of my own Googling.
I know that at one time in my lifetime, I saw a sign for gas at $.19 per gallon, but I don't know what year or state that was in.

Very similar concepts - Johnny Walker tastes like gasoline but is way more expensive per gallon.

On a related note, did you realize the average American walks about 900 miles per year and drinks about 22 gallons of alcohol?

This means the average American actually gets about 41 miles per gallon. Not bad, really.

And another thing ... why do you call it CW?

On my computer it is called CrossDaily.

Well, gee, if we're going to get technical, it's really FaithCommunityNetwork, and those things are just "portals".

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I love the nonsense! Bring it on! Without the relief of nonsense in life, we'd go bonkers! (Reminds me of the philosophy of M*A*S*H.)
