Chicken breasts baked with Diana Sauce (a brand of sauce here in Canada - very yummy) and either leftover mashed taters (hubby) or leftover barley (for me) and applesauce.

But only ONE night, LOL! My hubby will occasionally let me get away with a veggie night with only a lifted eyebrow, but never TWO nights! My white chili is red! Oh well, it smells great.

Hubby emailed from work that they had a birthday lunch today, so he needs little or no dinner. So I'll forage in the fridge or maybe eat some of the TVP chili I made yesterday.
