I agree, that is very cool! I'll be praying that PT goes well! --Kat

I am so happy for y'all! Sounds like Isaac is doing great. Baby PT isn't that big of a deal. While you are holding him and interacting with him, just do the exercises. It's time you would have spent with him anyway, you just have little things to do. Oh, and am I surprised that he's eating better for you at home--as in he's eating when he's hungry and you are giving him all the time he needs. Huh... you would think that maybe Mom knows her baby better than the doctor!!!

That can't be - look at how much money the dr paid to tell her what to do. Erin I'm planning on showing my DeeDee your description of PT. I think she would be good because she is a nurturer but she 'doesn't want to hurt people' so your description is exactly the info I want in the back of her brain - for 4-5 years down the road.

Even Brian's PT doesn't hurt him. They push him just barely to the point of pain. The point is to increase the motion and strength withOUT increasing the pain.

Pediatric PT is awesome, although if I had to pick a specialty I would probably pick OT with a concentration in sensory processing areas. Momma_bee- A degree in PT is usually a bachelor's in biology or something nearly pre-med, plus a master's degree in PT, plus generally an internship after that. Back on topic...I'm glad you have a therapist you like Erin!

I love that clean baby smell too!! My dh always says their heads smell so sweet when they are little! Glad to hear things are going well! Soon it's going to be hard to believe Isaac was so little at birth!
