What is a daily struggle for you? For me,it's getting out of bed every morning at 5:00am. Also, comparing myself to others. I probably will think of other things.

working out and not eating junk

staying focused on the blessings I have rather than wanting more or wanting what I have to evolve.

My job. If THAT isn't a struggle...

To recognize what it is that is my cross that I am to pick up and carry. Then to keep my eyes on Jesus while carrying it. I always want to do it on my own.

Staying away from fattening munchies. [8D]

But more than that, patience.

Daily, I struggle with trying to stay mellow.

I also get thrown off-balance when I have a schedule, an agenda, and something unexpected demands a change to my plans. I am fine if I change the agenda, but if someone else changes my schedule, it is difficult for me to change directions.

Although not daily by any means, I often struggle with a lack of self esteem and with feeling terrifically stupid.

My biggest daily struggle is to be completely obediant and not rebel about things.

Getting out of my comfy bed at 6 a.m. and going into work.

Eating right.

Keeping my thoughts centered on God, instead of wandering around like they tend to do.

Getting to work on time!

JCMK -> RE: What is a daily struggle for you? (8/3/2008 10:07:16 PM)

Finding a purpose for my life. Trying to get motivated to fix up my new home. Trying not to think about the past and "what ifs".

Keeping focused on the tasks right in front of me, the main one being doing well in college! I

tend to be a dreamer and planner, so sometimes I let the what ifs crowd my brain and what I

need to do for Jesus Christ right here and now!

Living with pain and exhaustion, (fibromyalgia)

Trying not to be a worry wart

Bad eating habits

(((((((Cherish))))))) I was completely healed of that mess - I can SO empathize.

daily struggles -

I tend to be too serious and too focused. I have to make a mental effort to lighten up and look around ALL THE TIME.
Confidence - in just about everything. If I don't know and understand something through and through, backwards and forwards, I am very hesitant to make a move. Whether it be a task at work, playing/singing a new song in public, or posting a post about something I'm unsure of - hate that...

thedivabrat -> RE: What is a daily struggle for you? (11/1/2008 10:22:53 PM)

Having a good attitude about my job--and that fact that I have to work.
