It shows up if I go to my mail box and choose the browse option to attach a file and there is also a green arrow down the bottom to choose to remove it but when I look inside my computer it doesn't seem to be there. Anyone know what is going on with that. Already had a problem when I went ot TAFE and couldn't get into it on their computer because I needed to have admin priviledges. What a hassle it was just to print one document!

Did you accidentally dismount (with Safely Remove Hardware at the lower right) a mass storage device that was not your USB stick specifically? I've seen people do this many times, and in such cases the easiest thing to do is simply reboot, which will get everything remounted. Leave the USB stick OUT of the system when you reboot, then plug it back in and see if there's a recognition message.

Do you have any mapped network drives that are trying to use the same drive letter?
