We got coupons for KFC in the mail today. We're planning on going tomorrow.

Tricia, we got them too, that's the only reason we went. Believe it or not it's what my hubby chose as our 'celebrate buying a house meal!'

LOL!

We're within walking distance of KFC, so we so burn off SOME of the calories we eat there.

I'm gonna try the veggie patty sandwich this time.

That sounds like fun. I like stuff like that. However, I never barbecue. My husband is in charge of that. He loves to barbecue.

We had chili dogs lastnight... on white buns, no less.

Tonight we will probably have grilled steak and veggie kabobs.

Lunch, instead of soup (I didn't feel like making soup yesterday and figured I wouldn't feel like eating hot soup today), was burgers on the grill and roasted potatoes.

It was okay. With the spices and mayo, you couldn't tell it wasn't chicken. The patty was a bit on the small side for the size of the bun, but that's probably like the original chicken sandwich is, too.

I couldn't find any nutritional info on it ANYWHERE, so I assumed it was like a Boca Chik'n Patty. It worked out about the same nutritionally as the original chicken sandwich.
