Interesting smace posts.

Well, I'm looking at purchasing another vehicle. My old one could be fixed up, so there's a mild quandry. Whatever the thrill is about a different vehicle to drive has dissipated from my stoic soul.

Or could it be that today's automotive offerings just don't crank my tractor?

Anyone want to donate a Ferrari? Hello, Higgins?

Fairly quiet in the middle of the night here...

just checking in to say that earlier this evening I made a fine tomato sandwich--starting with a big red Amish-grown tomato, sliced into medium slices and placed on whole wheat bread, then covered with a little salt and a fair bit of pepper with spicy brown mustard over that.

What? You're still reading about a sandwich? You have nothing better to do?

I may not be as funny as I think at 2:30 a.m. Going back to sleep now.

It was pretty funny at 6:45am when I first read it. It's still kind of amusing now after a couple of cups of coffee.

Just a dollop of Miracle Whip short of perfection.

Now I know how to make your sandwich...you can have the Miracle Whip and the container it came in. It's all yours.

Ha. It's been in one of my avatars before. My answer is one that still works for the time being. Sometime I may tell a car story, but not today.

I know I know. But it would be a TOS for me to reveal that information. Not to mention against the law.

A Psalm of praise. Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands. Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.
(Psalms 100:1-5)

It's not that today is different than any other day, though each day is unique, as is each person.

I was just thinking about this Psalm this morning and so I am sharing it.

Thank you, Wintery!

That was exactly what I needed to read.

BTW thank you, Karaboo2, for the cool Canadian air that came our way this week. It has been very pleasant.

You guys must open a special window when you're feeling generous with that abundant resource.

Also thanks for sharing Les Stroud (Survivorman show)
