Are they heat-sensitive?

I'm glad I'm not the only one who has this uh....compulsive disorder...nah...that ain't it...preference...that's it!!!
The mints are made with cream cheese so they are definitely heat sensative. They are packed in a nice container and then packed in the cooler with ice packs which is kept inside the air conditioned vehicle. They should be fine for the 7 hour trip and then I'll put them in the refrigerator until the party. Looks like hubby's fishing plans got vetoed again. He received a call last night from his sister and found out they need us as soon as we hit town to help set things up today! So we will probably go straight to her house and then on to the in-laws. I'm thinking she's talking about the tent and tables/chairs! I thought the rental company set the tent up! Oh well...it will be an eventful weekend I'm sure...nothing like trying to cram a week's worth of stuff into 2-3 days.

Well...we're out of here!!!
