Welcome worthalotbuckeye. If you've been around awhile I don't need to introduce myself. I'm just a old, crazy, married and like to mess with people. I mean no harm. SM is the one I like to mess with most.

After I make a post, I have to back out of the page and start again to see the next posts. Is there a trick to staying in so that it keeps going??? Does that even make sense??? Janis

Sharon-Marie. I make my post and it shows ok, but if someone else posts after me it doesn't show. I have to go back to the start page and come back in to the Geezer page. Sometimes there are two or three posts made already. Janis

Depending on your internet explorer you can also hit the refresh button on the tool bar at the top. On mine it is the button with two arrows in a circular fashion.

So, when I make a post, and I see that post, I just wait and other people's posts will come on automatically when they are made???? That doesn't seem to be happening for me even pressing the refresh button.

That doesn't seem to be happening for me even pressing the refresh button. Kinda. Not really. You do have to perform some function (either refreshing the screen, etc.). If you subscribe to a thread (the "Subscribe link" is located above the thread, near the top of the screen, and near the right, then), whenever you do something (post, surf different threads, etc.), if any new posts have been made in a thread to which you are subbed, then you'll be able to see the threads with new posts under the "My Forums" link near the top of the page; kinda near the right. If you are coming through the Faith Community Network portal, there's an added feature (next to "My Forums") that will tell you how many of your subbed threads have new posts in them.

They sure are. I keep expecting to get a run-time error every time I post.
