We've got some new folks posting in here all the time - so, this is a reminder of the parameters for creating new threads.
1. It MUST pertain to being single.
2. It MUST allow for both men and women to be able to respond.
3. Search for your thread topic before starting a new one - there is a good chance that there is one already in existence. See if that one discusses your topic. If it does not, then start the new thread.
4. If starting one that is a spin-off from another thread - please use the quote feature to include where the topic developed.
5. Threads that are on topics for which "one-stop" threads exist will be locked and directed to those threads.
6. Threads that do not belong in here will be moved to the appropriate area, with a marker identifying the new location.
7. Monthly Chat and Game threads will be started by the moderators, unless they have given permission for someone else to start them. Only two of each are allowed each month.
