Yeah, I was thinking the same thing earlier today.....we had a wonderful steady rain with little lightning (a rarity for us in the summer), but now it's bright and sunny out. I'm heading home from work - good night all.

Yeah, but that still doesn't explain how FL is NOT a southern state, thought it is geographically. That's what I was trying to do with my later post.

Of that, I have no doubt. I will admit, there ARE more southern folks in the panhandle than there are in my area - that's for sure. The one man who stole my heart (and proceeded to break it) was a southern gentleman.

Makes sense. We are too far north to really be "southern" IMO, even though we are 2 hours south of the Mason-Dixon line.

This thread is usually the longest one in any month... and if you added up all the chat threads, it would reign supreme. :)
I love the rain. I'm not keen on lightning, but if I were indoors with someone special, that would be okay, too. :)
