first glance I read it as water buffalo, then correctly as biscuit, but it took few moments to recall what water biscuit is even tho' (English) should have tipped me off sooner.....
and I had fish (salmon) for supper last night ...
guess he hasn't filtered thru yet...

Interestingly, the event actually happened back in 1969; but apparently, from snippets that I've read this morning, this story was in the news recently. Although I didn't realize that; in fact, I had not heard of this story at all until this morning when Kerr posted the video link in your thread.
And to add further to the story, there's a book out now about Christian.
That book is a movie, Shar-Mar. 
I hadn't realized that it wasn't a recent story. See how styles come back? Those guys in the video looked normal to me.

Apparently, according the article shar-mark linked, there will be a new book.
I researched to see if the new book is out yet and I can't find it, so my guess is he isn't done. He wrote a book about the experience before, but it has been out of print for about 30 years.
