I haven't been on a bike since.........uhhhh...........hmm. I don't remember when I rode a bike last. Would love to be able to ride with the kiddos.

They say that once you learn to ride a bike that you never forget how to. And you know, I believe it as I have never found myself able to unbalance myself on a bike at all.

I once was able to ride my ten-speed without the use of my hands. I could turn corners and everything. I would ride all around the neighborhood without ever touching the handlebar...

When I was just a 'lil kid my father said that he would take me bike riding with together. I asked him how he would turn the bike? He said that he could lean and turn corners that way.

today's devotion is one i'm gonna have to chew on this one a while.
Secret Places
Job 28:11 He searches the sources of the rivers and brings hidden things to light.
He (Satan) knows that thoughts of our private sins will eventually eat away at us, causing us to feel fraudulent and unworthy of the love and acceptance of others, and most of all, our Heavenly Father. However, the truth is, we are the ones who don’t love and accept ourselves. Not God.
Lord Jesus, thank You for knowing me completely, and loving me just the same. Help me to seek Your Truth and deny my natural tendency to hide from You and from others. Let me see the value in being real before You, and help me not to keep secrets from You anymore. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Combat those secret keeping habits you have developed over time:
1. Practice telling the truth.
2. Develop a genuinely-authentic faith.
3. Recognize that no one has it all together.
4. Stop trying to be perfect, act confident, appear happy, and seem super-spiritual.
5. Determine to live your life with a genuineness that others will cling to and want to emulate.
