I tell you something I had in the US that I've not heard of here, and REALLY enjoyed, and that was Sour Dough Bread. It was so tasty!

You'll have to pop up and visit me... there's this little bakery in town ~ if they don't make sour dough bread regularly, I bet they'd make to order!

The thing about sourdough is you have to have a base that you feed regularly. You don't just "make it." It takes time to ferment the starter and then you have to keep it growing.

LOL Jen, never met a wiggle but did go to a Wiggles Concert and they Anthony, Sam and Murray did all come over and wave at me, Grace and my mum when we shouted out to them :)
