I know! I was on from 9-12 (ET), and it never happened during that time.

I felt a little letdown. I had prepared and everything; even stockpiled water and all.

And you, Tricia! What was up with you making a sig out of it and fooling everyone like that?!

LOL!!!!

It was a vast conspiracy, I tell ya!

Err, I mean... what signature? You have no proof of a signature of that sort!

Actually I do . . . but it would violate TOS to present such proof.

Muhahahahahahaha

Now I can confess . . .

. . . I remembered, just after posting the above, that I no longer do have such proof.

It's now only a distant psychedelic episode memory.

I have had to apologize to the Mods several times rightfully so I might add. IMHO we have some of the best there is. I am going to e-mail Fritzw and ask if he can double their pay.

Done!

One of my favorite recurrent experiences as a math professor is talking about vacuously fulfilled statements. We can say whatever we like about nothing. Is it a 100% raise or a 10% raise? It's both! And all of the elephants on the moon are pink. Also, they are all blue--every one of them.

I'd personally rather think of the raise as a tripling of their salaries.

LOL. I'm glad you think we deserve a tripled salary...even if that is nothing.

I want to thank ALL THE MODS for their tremendous help in making these forums a pleasant place to post! I like it that if I have some doubts as to whether something is okay to post or not, I can PM a mod and they let me know.

I'm also thankful for the mods' ability to weed out the spammers and trolls and removing their offensive posts. Whenever I've taken the bold step in reporting someone, (something I do rarely, BTW), the mods do a great job of investigating the situation and taking care of it.

So all I want to say to all of you wonderful mods is:

THANK

YOU FOR

YOUR

GREAT

WORK!

It appears that there's been a change in some of the mods. Some are no longer mods; some have become mods again.

Also, if you want to know who the current mods are, you can click on "Forums" (upper left under "Forum Tools" at the top of any page). Then, as you scroll down the page, you'll notice the link "Forum Moderators" within each folder. Clicking on "Forum Moderators" will pull up the list of all moderators for this site (regardless of the folder).

Incidentally, this isn't a new feature; it's been around for a while; I just thought I would mention it here in this thread for those who weren't familiar with it.

and now . . . Congratulations to KATE for becoming an Assistant Administrator!

Wow! What a great team - YOU and KATH! You go ladies!

For those of you who are no longer mods, I want to sincerely thank you for all your time and work that you've given to this community.

JAMES . . . welcome back as being a Moderator!

and now, last but certainly not least . . .

FRITZ!!!

Thank you for all the hard work you've been doing lately with the Site Modification. That's been quite a job to keep up with!

Blessings,
Sharon-Marie

I attribute it to the time they have spent in the SG folder, sharpening their claws.
