A lot of people were raving about it, Kath. I suppose it isn't much different than people who pour maple syrup on it.

I'm sorry, but as much as I love both bacon and chocolate, the two should not be combined. That's just wrong! As to the other video, it made me think of Jeff Dunham and his character, Jose Jalapeno, on a steeck.

it made me think of Jeff Dunham and his character, Jose Jalapeno, on a steeck. lol! Hi Everyone! One more day of school down...yay! lol. I can't believe the second week is almost over. Even though they are incredibly long days, it's going by fast. Probably because I like the content of my classes. Well, one today got a little crazy, but that's to be expected from time to time. My personality professor did a brief talk today on "evolutionary psychology" and gender. Oy But, I just smile and nod Actually, some of it even makes sense from a Biblical standpoint if they could see an awesome God is responsible for those things; We are created differently because of God's design and plan for us, and God gives us each what we need to fulfill His plan. Evolutionary psychologists believe we're different too, and often for the same underlying reasons, but they like to attribute those unique differences to evolution and biology and of course nothing to do with a higher power or plan. Okay, whatever I'm glad I'm not taking an entire class on that! It's cool how God uses that though. At lunch(I have lunch with two other women who are in all my classes), we talked about our beliefs and things. Neither of them are Christians, but are very open to listening when we discuss our opposing views or what we think of the content of a class. So it's been an unique opportunity to share my faith when it comes up. Hope everyone is having/has had a good night

I'm glad you're liking your classes Karlie. Not much going on here. We had a (very) late dinner and I'm trying to wrangle the kids into bed now. Ugh....they are wound up.

WHN used to like to wrestle around with them during story time and then they'd be wired and crazy when it was time for them to settle down. It never helped that he liked to laugh at their antics instead of help me settle them down.

It never helped that he liked to laugh at their antics instead of help me settle them down. Do you think that it may have been beneficial to his relationship with the kids? Oh, absolutely! Which is why I acted much more exasperated than I really was! They loved "conspiring" with Daddy against me...lol. I pretty much let him get away with keeping them up late, or telling them bedtime was extended so they could play together, ore helping them get really dirty making mudpies so I could pretend to freak out(okay, it wasn't always pretense!). They have a very strong bond with him and I know all those fun and games is a huge reason why. this cell phone commercial reminds me of our family, especially the end when the dad cracks the lactose intolerant joke and the kids laugh and exchange sly looks with the dad. That is totally my girls and their dad. It reminds me of a particular incident after church when my girls were dressed up so adorably like little angels. They were sitting at the table with their dad finishing sodas, and he commenced with teaching them to burp. I was horrified and having a fit with a look on my face similar to the cell phone mom...lol! But, they were completely unfazed, and all three sat there laughing and burping away. It's still one of their favorite memories
