Thank You Lord that we have a nice pool to go in on hot days.I couldn't imagine not having a pool.

I am thankful for my son's new job that he starts tomorrow and for the store manager that hired him. We talked to him first, because we happened to be in the store as customers, and the manager was apologizing for the mess and citing employment issues, so my husband told him we had a son who was looking for a job. The manager seemed to be very kind, and perhaps a Christian. I think he will probably be an excellent person for my son to work for.

I want to thank God for lowering the heat. We have been stuck in a heat wave, with temperatures at 100°. I am chronically ill, and heat is very dangerous to me. I am thankful for being out of danger again.
I am thankful that my husband is continuing to take medication for depression. He was going to quit because nothing is working yet. I prayed so hard that he would continue, and my prayers were answered. Thank you Lord for giving him the strength to fight for his health.
1 Thessalonians 5:18 "..., give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus."
