Hello by Hawk Nelson is pretty good. I've never heard walking contradiction by Green Day. Actually, the only Green Day song that I have heard is Wake Me Up When September Ends, but it rocks!

I never heard that one by Stellar Kart
The best Stellar Kart songs are Spending Time With You and Activate. Actually, I can't say that, because I've never heard The Right One, lol.

Tell me, what do you think of the band Kutless? I don't know what to think of them. I've been examining their lifestyle, and I can't decide if they have a heart that sincerely is trying to serve the Lord, or if they are "in the game for the fame," so to speak. One thing that sticks out to me is that they have a bunch of earrings and tattoos. Now I won't flat out say that earrings and tattoos are wrong. I think that each person should be in good concience with the Lord of what his or her motives are for things like that. But how they were their tattoos and earrings... I don't know, it just doesn't seem to be making all that good of a Christian impression. I've heard various views about them. I'm tied up on this issue. I'm asking you because you said you are a Youth Leader @ your church.

I will give you my opinion on this, although I can't say you will agree with me. I personally don't think there is anything wrong with earrings or tattoos, now let me explain why. One of the youth pastors who is really big at the church camp we go to has several tattoos and earrings, and he is the most on-fire man of God I have ever met in my entire life! He did get most of them after he was saved because, he works with inner-city kids and he feels they accept him more if he doesn't approach them in a stiff, beat you over the head with the Bible sort of way. I think it is all what your personal convictions are and how God has dealt with you. Back to Kutless, when it comes to bands, you have to really listen to the music and more importantly, the lyrics. The songs they sing and write would not be as powerful as they are if they were in it for the wrong reasons. As far as where their hearts are, only God can be the judge of that. We can't let our personal likes or dislikes of how a person looks get in the way of seeing who they really are. But, personally I really admire the work that Kutless is doing, but like with all things, there will always be split decisions and views on what people think.

One of the songs from our church's Christmas musical, we practiced yesterday, so that would be
why! It's Silent Night, only with added parts and a new, fresh arrangement to it, it is a beautiful
song, just really challenging to sing!

I have "I Will Not Be Moved" by Natalie Grant in my head. It's been in there since Friday. It's my anthem for right now, I guess. I'm not usually a Grant fan, it's totally not my style, but the words of this song just speak to me.
