OK. The Southern Gospel Albums site has already posted their review, but here are a few of my thoughts!
When I listened to it the first time, I remembered the appearance I saw last July with the new Prophets and I was thinking then that these guys are such professionals. I really enjoyed their selections that night and I am really enjoying this album.
I won't cover every song, but just give my thoughts on some of them.
I Can Call on Jesus Anytime - I thought this was a wonderful quartet song to kick off the album.
I Just Call It Home - This was one of my very favorites. To me, it just made the concept of heaven much more personal to call it "home." I loved the music and I thought Paul was great!
One Thing the Father Forgets - This was another of my favorites. I loved the words (I'm very impressed, dm!) and Mike Allen was wonderful!! I'll add my wish to the others that have mentioned that Mike should've been featured more!
Because They Gave - This was a good song, but I probably won't listen to it as much after today (July 4th!). I love patriotic songs but I get tired of them very easily. For example, I don't care if I hear God Bless the USA again in the next year or two!!!
How I Want You to Know - I really enjoyed Bill Baize on this song and I hit the repeat button often for this one.
Love Like the Sun - this might have been one of the songs they did at the concert last year (???) and I enjoyed it so much. Nothing fancy, but I really enjoyed the simplicity of the message and the harmonies!
I would definitely recommend this album to all southern gospel music lovers!

I agree! Because they Gave is a lot better than that one. I, too, have heard "God Bless the U.S.A." enough to last me a few years. I do, however, recall hearing the song once, a few months ago, in a setting that I found amusing enough to make it worth listening through again. I was watching some patriotic event live online. I think it may have been an Iowa Caucus on c-span.org, since I had never seen a caucus before. A little girl, aged maybe 9 or 10, came up front to sing the song. She sang that second line with confidence: "...and tomorrow I was left with just my children and my wife." 
I still laugh at the irony.

I pretty much agree with all of your observations...
Thanks for the compliment on I JUST CALL IT HOME. God has used that song over the years to comfort many people at some of the most tragic times in their lives. I have been criticized for singing it with a tear in my voice. But, it is a very emotional thought for me. I have sung the song at many funerals, where I was looking into the faces of children who had lost their Fathers and Mothers who had lost their children. It's been done repeatedly by the choirs and soloists at FBC Atlanta, Bellevue Church in Memphis and the great First Baptist Church of Jacksonville, FL...no telling how many other churches. PRISM Music released the Choral/Orchestration version years ago. Yes...the song is a happy one! But it is also a serious reminder for all of us...in our most difficult times...our saddest times...that God has something better for us in eternity! "Heaven...Paradise...Glory...my Home!"
Some of the top "insiders" for one of the top labels in SG advised our label to release it as a single to radio...at some point. I don't make any of those decisions. I can tell you that the song has ministered to multiplied thousands in THE church. All the guys with TPQ love doing it!
So, we'll see how God continues to use it for HIS Glory.
Now a question: I don't understand what you are saying about patriotic songs...why you "get tired of them very easily"...I do agree that they should be done at the right time and in the right seeting to be effective. I think that is what you are saying. If so, we are in full agreement.
You were right. We did Bill's great ballad and LOVE LIKE THE SUN at last years concert that you attended. They both went over very well. Bill was amazing! He held a note too long toward the end...so, we sang the ending again (with the piano acc only). He nailed it again! Wow!
I can assure you that Mike will be featured more on the next TPQ project.
Bill too, I would suspect. I don't make those decisions either.
Overall, I think our production team of Johnny & Aaron Minick and Michael Sykes did a great job of molding us into a cohesive group.
Eddie Crook did an excellent job of helping Aaron get it mixed to SG taste.
Thanks again for your critique. Unlike some who have reviewed the Cd, YOU have actually heard us LIVE...and you actually had a copy of the Cd to listen to and read.

Though he has been kind enough not to name any names, Paul has taken shots at reviewers in general in a few of his posts above. As one who reviews CDs, I hope I'll be allowed to say this in response.
My opinion of a CD has never been adjusted because I have or haven't heard the group in a live setting. That has absolutely nothing to do with reviewing a CD. Some groups are fantastic with a crowd while putting out average level recordings. Others are much more successful with recordings than they are on stage.
Also, while I prefer to have the actual CD in hand when writing a review, it was the Prophets and/or their record company that chose to post all the songs on a web player at Sogospelnews. I'd have ordinarily requested a review copy, but really didn't need one in this case. All I had to do to hear the entire CD was go online. This is a format they approved for the general public to hear.
As I always do to the best of my ability, I did research to make sure I had the correct songwriter, producer, etc. info when writing my portion of the review.
Please note, it doesn't bother me at all that some fans think it's a lot better than the rating some of us assigned in our "mega review." That's why they're fans. Production-wise, song-wise, performance-wise, etc., though, my opinion should not be swayed by the fact that I've met the artist, heard them sing, or communicated with them online to a greater extent than other artists.
(The rest of this below is general...not about the Prophets review specifically.)
That's why I write reviews, because, to a certain degree, I have the sort of personality that allows me to set that sort of thing aside when I sit down to type while listening to a brand new CD. Some reviewers haven't quite got to that point yet, but every reviewer has a different personality that will come through in their writing. Give them a chance, and consider the fact that if they're willing to put their names out there saying this or that element might have been improved, they could be on to something (at least part of the time). I'm proud of the team of reviewers that have come together to offer joint opinions for the benefit of fans. Before you're so quick to criticize what they're trying to accomplish, remember...putting their names with everything they write is more than many of you who post to the internet are willing to do.

First let me say I agree with Danielmount. Good post and a good summation of what a CD Reviewer is.
As I pointed out, by Bold printing above, a CD reviewer is only stating his/her opinion of a certain project. Of course you, and everyone else, are entitled to your respective opinions. That as I am sure all of you will agree does not make them written in stone. I have an opinion also.
I do not normally bother to read what the CD Reviewers write because to me it just does not matter. I did however read the reviews of I'll Follow simply because of Paul Jacksin's affiliation with the forums. However, what a Reviewer says does not influence my purchase of music. I buy CD's based on what I do or do not like. Frankly, I don't know what kind of qualifications are required to be a CD Reviewer. It seems to be that most or self proclaimed reviewers/experts.
In defense of you Paul Jackson (re. you comments about him taking shots) I do not see his posts any more in that light than I saw the reviews. Lets face it. When an artist, I don't care who, puts out a project they open themselves up to criticism from the reviewers. The "CD Reviewers" in stating their opinions are in essence taking shots at the Artist. So what Mr. Jackson has said is nothing different in that light than what y'all have said. The Reviewers stated their opinion of the Project and Mr. Jackson has stated (maybe) his opinion of the reviews. What is the difference.

Actually, it was DBM you were agreeing with, mostly, though I was agreeing with him. So I guess you were agreeing with me, too.
The qualifications to be a CD reviewer are pretty simple: Write well enough for long enough to attract an audience, a steady readership, that wants to hear what you have to say. To be a CD reviewer, the goal is to capture the essence of a musical project well enough that readers have a feel for whether or not this is a project they want to purchase.

So basically there are no qualifications. You(generic) are merely giving your(again generic) opinion. So I could become a CD Reviewer. Although I don't believe I will. I love Southern Gospel music and listen solely for the blessing and enjoyment. I am afraid trying to review a project would render it less enjoyable.

Just got back from mailbox and got my Profits cd. Looking forward to plugging it in and playing it. I've heard a lot of the songs over computer from sogospel news. Know We're going to enjoy every note of it. I really like 'Mercy'.
