We're back! No that is not a threat! What I time we had! Messages delivered guys. Jeff, Frank said hey! He still remembers you, in fact your name came up when we were talking about crazy people that come to concerts! Just kidding Jeff!!!! Tina, they missed you, hoped you were ok. Dee Ann, I think Scott heard me, there were SO many people around when he came in... What a day it was. We left town just before 1pm, our friends are always late. Their new car has a fantastic sound system. we listened to a whole stack of CDs on the way up. Needless to say we were all ready for a concert! We made good time, we got up there about 4:15. just in time to pay for our dinner tickets and sit on the huge front porch and relax before the dining room opened at 5. What a spread they have! Like Roger used to say, gluttony is the only sin left to a Baptist Still weird not bumping into him on the buffet line. Ran into the rest of the guys in line though, and even sat at the next table again. They must think these crazy people are always following them around! We had two new friends with us and I hope they were not staring. You would think they have seen someone eat before??? The one lady leaned over to me and asked if that was the group over there, I said yes, its ok, they are eating as much as we are! Then we walked off our dinner a bit. The grounds are so nicely kept. The views are so relaxing. The old inn overlooks Schroon Lake. You can always count on some good thunder storms in the Adirondak Mountains. at least it rained while we were eating, and during the concert. We got hit by the storms on the way home, but what a spectacular display of lightning! I had a great time of fellowship with the guys before the concert, especially Tim and Frank. I got busted, now two people know my identity on here. There is a reason I never put my photo in the avitar! Photoshop isn't that good! They had a great concert planned for us. Pretty much from the new White House DVD. It was a great treat, a little girl asked the guys to sing "Rocking on the Waves". She had to be about 56 years old. It was great to hear that one again, I didn't think Frank did that one, Tony had done that one. The guys stopped the show to have a pic taken with her, and Frank even took his mic down to her to sing a couple words to the song. The guys always find a way to make a special moment for someone. Tim played some amazing piano pieces and sang God's Been Good. Such a moving song. Frank talked to us about how tough the last year+ has been and what a blessing Tim has been during the difficult time after losing their best friend. They then introduced the amazing song that Jim Brady wrote, Hello After Goodbye. I don't know how the guys get through that one. God certainly gave Jim those words, inspiration taken from the pastor's words at Roger's memorial service. The guys always give us so much in such a small amount of time. God has truly assembled some special people in this group. The only disappointing thing, I forgot to request I stand Redeemed. How stupid!!!!!!! Next chance is in December......GRRRRR After we headed out, we stopped at an ice cream stand. Only to bump into the French Canadians that we always see every year. Never seamed to "connect" till a bunch of us were standing together outside. Great folks. We must have fellowshipped for a half hour. It was hard to communicate with a couple of them as it was easier for them to understand us, then to speak English. Had a nice time though. Our friends new car had a DVD player in the roof so we watched the White House DVD, and listened to several more CDs. Got home about 2am like planned. Needless to say, we had a GREAT time!!!!!! Thanks for all the prayers guys, although my buddy across the street didn't come, I will work on him to go in the future.

ORIGINAL: L5BBFan How About Stewart Vanardo???? I believe he would be a good fit for L5. You Know I will miss Tim, but the other day I was wondering if he would leave sometime soon it just seems like he does not stick around with a group for a real long time anywhere he has been. Well Tim thanks for the good job you did under tough circumstances. Don't forget, Tim is in much demand. There is a price to pay when you have a talent like he does.

I'd be interested to know why. My reasons were pretty simple--similar onstage energy, soundtracks comparable to what Burger would use during his solo days, and similar facial expressions at points (like the one I emailed to you).
