Not this stuff. Its called Sleepy Time Tea. It is caffeine free and made of chamomile.

I haven't had chamomile tea in quite a while.

But yeah, herbal teas generally are free of caffeine (we usually have herbal teas as well as the normal stuff in the house.

Tea's much better than coffee (IMHO).

We're going into spring here (though it still feels like winter! Brrr!)

It really depends on the coffee to me. I vary between coffee and tea depending upon my mood.

I think i'm going to bed now. The meds and tea are kicking in. Hope to talk to you again soon.

Sleep well.

I can't remember the last time I drank tea. I don't really drink much in the way of coffee. I might have about 6 grains. Anything stronger makes me . I can have weak Jarrah coffee, cinnamon flavoured. I might have one a day, made with milk, not water.

It's handy having skills from previous courses for current ones, isn't it?

It is handy.

The Excel formulas (thankfully!) haven't changed so that helped alot. The menus are very different in 2007 compared to 2003, though.

Once you get used to it, though... It's actually quite well organised.

I've used excel before, but it was so long ago that I've forgotten the formulas. Oh well.

How's your nan doing? Is she better?

She's alot better than she was earlier in the week.... She's eating again, which is good (she was genuinely sick and vomiting the other day, which is why she wasn't eating).

Nope. Mum's out of town anyway, so I'm kinda stuck here.

It's not her fault, this was booked last year and she didn't notice the timing at the time of booking.

I'm not too fussed, it's been relatively quiet.

At least you are able to relax. I hate to hear Gran has been sick, but am glad she is feeling better.

Not really. Usually we just have a quiet dinner, a cake, and that's it.

We've never been huge on celebrations and neither have I really. Any money spent on them would have gone to slightly better presents etc.

I'm hopefully getting a printer.

Though mum got back today, so that made the afternoon a bit easier. I wasn't expecting her to get back until tomorrow.

My uncle should be down here tomorrow (he rang today, and the past two days in case he didn't get to call today, lol).

I'm not a big one for celebrating birthdays. We normally just go out for lunch or dinner, or get take out or something.
