Hey Gary. Glad you got a few days to get things done at home. I hope you don't get your pay docked in the meantime though.

I was back at work today. the weather has cleared . I can take a couple of days as holiday pay if I want to but I think I will save my hoiday pay for a real holiday.

Trish with 118 subs how many posts do you do a day or week on average?

To be honest, I have no idea. I don't get here everyday. I certainly don't have 118 subs any more. That was a while back. I have definitely culled them since then. Today I was shocked to get here to find 50 subs. I doubt I'll be getting them done any time soon. I do have some subs in the humour and games folder. Some of those you just put a word in it and that's your post. Even so, if I find even that is getting overwhelming, they're coming off the list.

Yeah, I've been surprised at how much I've been doing the last few days. Today I've been lugging around boxes of John's books. Some he's given away to a bible college. Some, he and Joan want to sort through. To get them into Joan's study, I had to move boxes of my books out of there. I've been planning on putting them into the bookshelf that I have in my room. Today seemed the obvious time to do it, so I stacked my bookshelf. Alphabetical order for author and series. I would have made a good librarian, wouldn't I? Funny that was what I had just started studying to do before I got sick. Anyway...

Plans for the weekend? Not sure at this stage. Maybe some reading. I've got some things recorded from before the Olympics that I haven't seen yet. Some letters to write to people who aren't online, like some of my English relatives. I know I've got at least one phone call from one of my penpals in the UK. That will be Sunday.

Yesterday, I found out that our physiologist's birthday was yesterday. So I sneaked out of the gym and got John to go and get her a bottle of wine for her birthday. One of her coworkers had bought her one, (which is how I found out about the birthday). She was pretty happy with that.

Well, I'd better finish this for now. Have to go and feed Bailey and put some more medicine in his ear. I sure do love that pooch of mine! I'll be back later!

Doesn't happen very often, does it. I'll have to see if I can change that.

I was trying to get online this morning/your last night, but we had a thunderstorm!

Wasn't such a good morning for me this morning. I ended up going into complete meltdown. Joan ended up staying home from church to be with me. John would have too if I hadn't told him to go to church.

I have a penfriend of mine from the UK calling me tonight. I called her last week, and she's decided to call me tonight.

Hopefully she'll be coming over to Australia next month. Her husband has an uncle on the east coast of Australia, and she's wanting to come over and meet us.

I have to go and do some things offline, but I'll be back later.

Thanks everybody. I really appreciate the hugs.

((((((((((((((((((((((((EVERYBODY)))))))))))))))))))))))))

Spent most of the day in bed today due to pain. Hopefully I'll be better tomorrow. I can't seen myself making it to the gym like this though.

No gym today. I can barely walk.

I hope those of you around the area where Gustav and Hanna are stay safe.

I just wanted to spend a little time online to give me some time out of bed. It feels like I'm living there at the moment. Having said that, I'm heading back there. My body has had enough of being up.

Have a good day everybody.

In less than 13 hours, John will be at an appointment with his orthopaedic specialiast. Joan and I are fully expecting that they're going to say that he needs to have a shoulder replacement. John's going through major denial, saying that nothing's wrong and that he's fine. We can see that he's clearly not. Please pray for him if your feel led.

I'll take that hot whirlpool, since Trish isn't interested. Sounds heavenly!
