Oh goody, I don't have to explain!

I have seen them wearing gators but not gaiters.
I have seen a gater and I have worn gators.
Does that help?

i washed my hair today.

i have a doc appt at 2.

i have to drive an hour to get there.

i hope to leave said appt with a referral to a doc nearer my home that can help.

doc was a waste of time.
she is contracted with the military
because she has ZERO bedside manner
and no one else wants her.

the only thing that redeemed the visit was some x-rays but even then she said "someone would call in a week with the results"

bedside manner of a rabid chipmunk.

told her it was my rotator cuff she asked how I knew- told her I'd done it before and had physical therapy for it. she asked when and how the doc diagnosed it- LIKE I REMEMBER!!!!!!

I wanted to reach over and flip my med records to the place and tell her to do her blasted homework..... but for some stupid reason I was frozen in place and even forgot a few symptoms when she FINALLY got round to asking me about them. you know things like waking in the night with my hand painfully asleep and not sleeping well otherwise and my shoulder "popping" 3-4 times a week since this injury some 2.5 weeks ago.

As it was she said x-rays and pain pills then left me sitting on the bed in the room... 20 minutes later a nurse came in surprised to see me there. the doc never said the x-rays were a done deal. she never said for me to go to the waiting room- she didn't even look at me as she left. THEN she has the gall to act peeved when the nurse asks where I need to be.

Yeah, I was intimidated by her. Some docs will beat round the bush... this one bludgeoned me around the bush. I think shed of been happier if I'd of showed up missing my left arm all together and said hey doc me left shoulder hurts and I can't make out why... as I presented the bloody stump.

I have a "how was your visit" form to fill out and I fully intend to fill it out. I was nearly in tears by the time I finally left. OH I did insist that she write out my prescription. no way i was waiting round for the pharmacy there--- 2 hour wait for 25 pills.

You should go to a 'real' doctor... but if you can't,
I think your husband needs to go with you next time.
He can say to her...:

"Unless you fix my wife shoulder, YOU are going to leave this room with a bloody stump!!"

I have found a list of docs that take our military ins. I will be looking into them next week.

oh, the ONE thing she did say was "there is no cure" hahaha- no cure for what Hmmmmm? you never said what- only that you were not convinced it was my rotator cuff.

TRUE FACT!

People who were born in the month of April received an extra funny bone when they were conceived.

I can't figure out if everyone agreed with that statement so they didn't respond OR
no one knew yesterday was: April Fools Day.

It should be decreed that April fools day should never happen on a SUNDAY.

I spent the afternoon yesterday telling my boys I WAS NOT going to listen to them tell obnoxious LIES to one another all day then shout "APRIL FOOLS" every 5 minutes. (thin about it- 4 boys 5 minutes I'd only get one minute outta every 5 without someone shouting APRIL FOOLS!)

I was not in a "happy mood"

Sunday is supossed to be a quiet day. mine wasn't.

FORM filled out- not mailed. NEED STAMP!

How is your shoulder?

I just spend a bunch of time looking to see when the next few years April Fools will be.
Stupid computer. (bad word) Why can't I find when future dates? Seems that it shouldn't be very difficult, but I sure can't....

About the stamp.
A few days ago or so, I heard that stamps are going up, AGAIN!
Can you believe that I purchased an entire roll around Christmas time?

I don't think your decree worked April.

Shoulder-

not worse but not better. They called it Shoulder Impingement Syndrome. Notear or rip in rotator cuff but something is impinging(obstructing/rubbing) something causing something to RUB and cause swelling et all.

I am waiting on a referral to physical therapy now.

I double clicked the lil clock in the lower right of my computer screen then bumped the year up with the lil up arrow button. after I jotted down my info I clicked CANCEL so that it would revert to April 3rd 2007 and not be april 3, 2012.
