I am in an adjustable rate for my mobile home. That is one reason we were trying to buy a house. We could rent out our mobile until it finally sold. Bank of America said no because it is a single wide. Will any bank give me a fixed rate?

Assurity Financial Services can do the refi as an FHA loan which will allow for a fixed rate. As long as it is 12 wide and 600 SQ ft min

Odd that Bank of America would say something like that.
I have a fix rate VA loan for a house trailer.
