I pray for my Mother-in-Law on the passing of her husband and for my husband who lost his Step-Father. Due to financial pressures, we can not attend the funeral in London and I know that my husband really wants to be there for his Mom. I pray for God's comfort and peace during this time of loss.

Let's lift up the awful situation in Myanmar (Burma) where it is reported that over 15,000 people are dead and another 30,000 missing due to teh recent cyclone. It may seem like a world away, but they need our prayers and alot of our Brother and Sisters who were local missionaries to that region have lost their lives during this awful storm.

Please pray for my husband. He is an IT consultant and his agency has called him AGAIN to inform him of a rate cut....he refused to take the last one and the agency swolled it up... I don't know if they will be as gracious this time. I understand why my husband does not want to take the rate cut because he is working like a dog there and instead of being given a raise they want to reduce it. My husband has said that he would rather go work for less money some where else than take a rate cut and stay where he is.
If they don't work out an agreement his last day may be June 2nd. I really don't want him to loose his job as it will kill me emotionally. the job market is not the best right now so I am worried on how long it would be before he finds something else. I will be stopping work at the end of June to go on maternity leave... i don't want to HAVE to go back to work.
Please pray for my husband to have wisdom and for favour with the agency... to not do a rate cut... and to also extend his contract to at least the end of the year.

I am asking for prayer because we just had a visit from DFCS my daughter got hurt at school on Friday and I took her to the ER on Saturday. Someone called and reported us as suspected child abuse. We are also moving from GA to MN and I told my mom this morning and she was very mad and hurt although it doesn't have any thing to do with her. We also have reason to believe that it was my mom that called as payback for telling her we are moving. I really don't want to believe that my mom would do that but the information sure is pointing to her. Praying that if it wasn't my mom God would open my heart to show me that it wasn't her.

My mother has a brain bleed and the doctor is going to meet with us at 8am to give us his recommendation for going future. Please pray with me for her safe and swift recovery.

my youngest sister has a friend who came to our church but now her parents want allow her to come because they dont believe in God and told her praying does nothing and their is no God the girl believes in God but im not sure she is saved or not I find it so heartbreaking that her parents are doing this they even call her bad names like slut when she is only 15-16 years old and doesn't even do anything wrong...

I am in the process of looking for a mover, one who is trustworthy with reasonable price. Please help me find the right one, as well as be able to tackle all other issues regarding moving, not forgetting any of the details concerning moving, important calls and anything else I am unaware of etc. Thanks in advance for your prayers!

Please pray for my sister she got fired the other day and is having hard time dealing with it...and she has alot stuff she still needs to pay for, and she also has to go to court and handle the matter the guy told her she would only have to pay $50 dollars when she comes to court but $645 was wrote on side of the ticket, which no one even has.

Please pray that our family will be able to find housing in Kansas. We have been looking for awhile; however, we're now to the stage of actively looking. I'm not sure if that makes sense to you ladies, but basically that means that now we need to find the right place and put down some eager money to hold our place! We move out to Kansas the end of July.
Our needs: Two bedrooms & bathroom in a decent location with some form of heating & cooling.
Our wants: Three bedrooms (we currently use one bedroom as an office & are planning to add to our family as God sees fit...hopefully soon!) A bath & a half (or more) would be nice. With a 5 year old sharing the restroom with two adults, it just seems that as soon as one of us goes into the restroom another needs in there immediately (usually the 5 year old who often cannot wait). Central heat & air is our preference--with the house being pretty air tight to prevent heating/cooling loss of energy (in other words....waste!) We'd like a fenced backyard so that our son has a place to play (privacy fence would be SO awesome). Other than that--we'd really like to have a fair amount of living area for the bedrooms, kitchen, dining, and living room. Our current kitchen has NO counter space available. Cabinet space is limited as well.
Anyway, please pray that our needs would be met and that some of our wants would be in the right place as well.

Please pray for my moving. Right now I am stuck, I have found a good mover, but the only baffled thing is the office at my destination. I an waiting for an e-mail from the secretary to tell me that I could come before the National holiday since prices rise up during that time. Please pray that she would reply to my e-mail which I sent last Thursday followed up by calling today and leaving an answer on her answer machine.
Please pray for progress in this process!! Thanks in advance!

BTW: I do Not have cancer, the only reason I am doing mamo is bc I am over 40. I hope I did not get the message across confusing or worrying.

i have a prayer request. i am praying that God provide my need for a godly husband. i am not married or dating anyone. i believe God has a special person for me, i pray and ask the Lord God Almighty that He would bless me with this man and marriage hopefully soon! Also, i need healing, in 2 specific areas of my life, and i also ask for a blessing in my education, so i can be good at what i have chosen to do. thank you, and praise God!Amen!

My dad starts radiation tomorrow for his prostate cancer.
My dad's older brother was just diagnosed with prostate cancer last week.
My dad's younger brother is having a hard time emotionally with all of this.
I start seeing a new therapist tomorrow.

I bring my husband in prayer again. Please pray for him to draw closer to God and allow God to rule his life. my heart is heavy for him , yet I seem to fail as a supportive christian wife when he needs me most.

There was a storm that just ripped through Omaha and is now in Iowa. I have never seen a storm like that before!!!!!!! There is a ton of damage in the city and there are a lot of out of town people here for the US olympic swim trials that start on Sunday. Prayer for the recovery and for people dealing with this storm now would be appreciated!

He applied for another job over a week ago, but we haven't heard from them. He called and they said they were just beginning to review the applications. This job would really be a blessing because it pays more and is much closer to home. He is driving 45 minutes to get to work now and this one would be less than 15 minutes away. We are also going to have to go down to 1 car soon because his isn't going to last much longer. If he gets the closer job I can drop him off and pick him up from work. If not, I'll be stuck in the house with a newborn and no car. I am super stressed right now. So, prayer for our financial situation would be greatly appreciated.
