Who is going to be sitting in the temple on the mount when it is
rebuilt, is it the antichrist or Jesus?

The anti-Christ will desecrate the Temple...this is known as the Abomination of desecration spoken of by Daniel the prophet and Christ in Matthew 24.

Depends on which temple you are referring to...the temple built by man during the 70th week or the temple built by Christ during the millennium.

Man sets in the first and Christ sets in the latter.

Ultimately? Christ Jesus the Righteous. Hebrews 4:14-" Since then we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. 15 For we have not a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin. 16 Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need."
