I haven hear a lot of talk about qualifications to be president. So what are the qualifications to be the president of the USA and where are these responsibilities recorded?

I think for me, I want to see a combination of wisdom (not the same as intelligence), moral character, and courage/perseverance to do what is right and best (through past record of work and personal life).
