Now, I dont think this rocket science (no pun intended).
The pakistani people feels just as strongly about outsiders raiding their borders, as US residents would feel.
Pakistan is a democracy.
Now, what kind of leaders do an angry population tend to elect? The moderates or the hawks?
I think the cross-border raids by the US can backlash pretty serverely.
