PRAYER REQUEST FOR DEE (CANCER) - 8/31/2008 9:30:56 AM

Can you please pray for one of my prayer angels. She has been fighting breast cancer for a few years now. I got this message from her this morning.

Have some results, cancer has spread to chest wall left side and
around the back, also have fluid in both lungs, will be going to the
pulmonologist this coming Tuesday and will see cancer doc on Fri.
All docs agree I need to be on a much stronger chemo drug by infusion
and I agree. Will let you know what I know when I know it. Will
probably need to have fluid drained and possibility of oxygen.
Will keep you updated.

Dear Father, we lift up Dee to You. If it is within Your will, heal her. Give her comfort and strength and courage Lord, and most of all, a close walk with You. In Jesus name. Amen

Lord, when Christ was on this Earth, He healed many of your sick children with the gifts that you provided Him. Even today, you still heal those who are ill and seemingly have no hope. With all this in mind, we lift Dee up to you in the name of Jesus Christ, Our Loving Savior. Please, God, have mercy upon Dee. Place your healing hands upon her so that this cancer might no longer spread, and instead go into remission and eventually be cured. Surround her with doctors and nurses who will tend to her with both knowledge and love. Let her receive good, solid care so that she will be able to make a full recovery, and let them treat her with respect and love so that she will not feel alone, abandoned or scared during this trying time in her life.
Lord, surround Dee also with friends and family members who will encourage her and pray for her. May their presence in her life reflect YOUR presence in her life, and remind her that you are always beside us with love. Most of all, God, Dee continue to have a close walk with you, and may what is happening here allow her to have a more intimate relationship with you so that you might be glorified even in the difficult times of her life.
I pray for all of this in the name of our Wonderful Master, Jesus Christ.
Amen.

Father, we call on Your power to heal —by miracle and by medicine, that You may receive all the praise and honor due our King of Glory. We lift up this lady facing this challenge in her life Father, bless her with a recovery to her body.
