Hi,
I heard a song on WCIC. I believe the songs name is Over Joyed by Jars of Clay. I listened to a sample of this song online and it is not this song. Here are the songs lyrics and I pray someone out there knows this song and can tell me the correct name of the song and/or the artist....

it is Needful Hands, you can find that on the album, Exodus; or you can find an acoustic version on Furthermore...
