If I cut up a kiwi tonight, will it still be good to take to a breakfast meeting in the morning or will it get mushy and gross? Thanks!

I'd wait--"leftover" kiwi does tend to be a bit mushy.

Agreed, it would be too mushy.

It depends on how ripe it is. If it's already pretty mushy, it will just get mushier. But if it's pretty firm, it should be OK. I'd slice it and put it in a little tupperware container. I love kiwi! I guess you don't eat the skin; you could just eat it in the morning like an apple.

If I'm eating one at home, I like to cut one end off and eat the inside out with a spoon, then just throw the outside away. No peeling, no mess.

That is a good way but you can also use the spoon to easily peel the kiwi so you can slice it. You cut off both ends and then put the spoon under the skin and slide it around the kiwi. The kikwi pops out and you can slice it or use an egg slicer.
