Just read an interesting article in a computer magazine. It said that Internet companies were dumping customers who's usage rate on their unlimited service was too high.

Well, this can work two ways. Lets say I don't like my ISP or cell phone provider and I'm locked into a two year contract. Now to get out of it, all I have to do is up my usage during my "unlimited" or "free time".
