Good day everyone! I'm sure it's a pleasure to meet you all. I would like to take part in a dialogue with the other members of this forum! I notice that other atheists do post here from time to time. However, reading your Terms of Service, it seems that posting any reply to someone asking what I believe could be in violation of the Terms of Service. But it doesn't say anything specifically about being an atheist.

Just to be clear, and atheist is someone who doesn't actually believe that gods or goddesses exist. It means nothing else about any of my beliefs—I could believe anything and frequently disagree with other atheists on other topics, just as I'm sure many of you disagree with other Christians.

I take part in an atheist message board like this one. I know that sometimes 'people' come in and they are disrespectful to you in your own house. I would much prefer to have positive dialogue, and not have us trying to convert each other.

I've found no rules that seem to apply to me, but I may not have worked hard enough to find them. Are there any specific types any of you would like to offer me today? Much appreciated!

Have yourselves a wonderful day!

Welcome to Forums!

This is a Christian Website, designed to "Enhance fellowship, communication and relationship-building within the Christian community"

We do not require that you are a Christian to be a member of the site, but we do require that you respect our Terms of Service. We do have atheists posting in our forums from time to time. If an atheist sustains an argument that violates TOS 15 then they won't last long.

You may want to read our Range of Doctrine, and even our Statement of Faith.

If you have any questions about our policies please email community@salemwebnetwork.com allowing time for a reply during normal business hours. He is the one that is best able to answer any questions you may have concerning the rules as he has the definitive answer. Thank you.

Sincerely
Kath

Hi Tom!!

I'm new here too! I've always been interested in atheists who join Christian forums. I look forward to any discussion we can have! Feel free to PM me or something if you just want to talk!
